Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as final sale. If an item cannot be returned, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
